3-Day Reporting Window

Please report any damage within 3 days of delivery.

An unboxing video is compulsory so we can clearly understand the issue and resolve it quickly.

Damaged Electronic Toys

We accept returns only for damaged electronic products.

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Our shipping partner will arrange pickup after approval.
  • Since shipping is free at the time of purchase, actual shipping charges (forward + reverse, if applicable) will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after inspection.

PUZZLE Products

Puzzles are non-returnable.

However, if you receive a damaged puzzle, we will gladly arrange an exchange (with proper unboxing video).
